PVBiz - Sol-Ark Free Reports is a Chrome extension that helps Sol-Ark solar system owners generate detailed reports of their inverter data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.

Information We Collect

Authentication Data

• Sol-Ark Access Tokens: We temporarily store your Sol-Ark authentication token locally on your device to enable seamless report generation without requiring repeated logins.
• No Username/Password: We never collect, store, or transmit your Sol-Ark login credentials.

Solar System Data

• Inverter Data: When you generate reports, we fetch operational data directly from Sol-Ark's API using your authentication token.
• No Data Storage: We do not store, save, or retain any of your solar system data on our servers or in our systems.

How We Use Your Information

Local Processing Only

• All data processing occurs locally on your device
• Your solar system data is only used to generate the reports you request
• No data is transmitted to our servers or third parties

Authentication

• Your Sol-Ark access token is stored locally to maintain your login session
• Tokens are automatically cleared when you log out of Sol-Ark

Data Sharing and Third Parties

No Data Sharing

• We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
• We do not track your browsing activity outside of Sol-Ark pages

Sol-Ark API

• We only connect to Sol-Ark's official API endpoints (mysolark.com, api.solarkcloud.com)
• All data requests are made using your own authentication credentials
• We do not have access to your Sol-Ark account beyond what you authorize

Local Storage

• All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's secure storage APIs
